We offer opportunities for co-op students in various functions including Audit & Assurance, Consulting, Risk Advisory and Financial Advisory.

What will your typical day look like?

Get involved in real client work during your academic studies that’s meaningful and purpose-led, developing and building your skills along the way. You will have the opportunity to gain insight into the culture at Deloitte and demonstrate your leadership, teamwork, and communication skills through a variety of projects. 

Program Overview

By joining our Co-op program, you will be a part of Deloitte’s vibrant and diverse organization and work with people who are forward thinking and committed to making a difference. An important part of the program is the skills that you will develop. We are dedicated to growing the world’s best leaders, and you will have the opportunity to be coached by a mentor from your respective service line, meet industry leaders and work virtually alongside colleagues from the Deloitte Caribbean and Bermuda network. 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You are someone with:

  • Commitment to pursue a degree from an accredited College or University, in accounting, business, economics, finance, or math is preferred; with proven academic excellence (3.2 GPA or higher preferred).
  • Commitment to pursue and achieve a relevant accounting qualification: CPA, CA, ACCA, ACA or other relevant designation. 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite (including Excel, Word and PowerPoint) at a proficient level.

Please note: To be considered, you must be in a registered Co-op program at an accredited College or University. Co-op opportunities take place year-round and are offered on both a full and part-time basis.
