Program Overview
By joining our Deloitte Co-operative internship program (Co-op), you will be a part of Deloitte’s vibrant and diverse organization and work with people who are forward thinking and committed to making a difference. We are committed to growing the world’s best leaders, and Co-op is one of the many ways we offer future leaders a glimpse of our culture.
An important part of the program are the skills that you will develop. You will have the opportunity to be coached by a senior associate from your respective service line, meet industry leaders and work virtually alongside interns from the Deloitte Caribbean and Bermuda network. Co-op offers a great opportunity to understand the culture at Deloitte while gaining invaluable real work experience during your academic studies.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You are someone with:
- A minimum of one academic year completed from an accredited College or University
- Proven academic excellence (3.2 GPA or higher preferred)
- Plans to pursue an accounting, actuarial, finance, business management, information technology or other business-related designation is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (including Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and the ability and willingness to learn new technologies
Please note: To be considered for a co-op opportunity with Deloitte, you must be a current student with The University of The Bahamas. We offer opportunities in Audit and Assurance, Consulting, and Tax. Co-op opportunities take place year-round and are offered on both a full and part-time basis.
