What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to provide consulting and related advisory services to our clients. You will play a pivotal role with responsibilities that range from analyzing clients' challenges to problem diagnosis, providing recommendations for solutions, and facilitating decision making using analysis, technology, financial information, experience and judgement, based on the clients’ needs. You will act as a lead member of an engagement team and be responsible for performing all aspects of the engagement, including planning, fieldwork, research, reporting, implementing recommendations and coordinating, all levels of review to ensure service excellence.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You are someone with:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; or equivalent qualification (i.e., ACCA). 
  • Internationally recognized professional designation complete or near completed based on consulting focus area., e.g., PMP, CAPM, SHRM-CP ACCA, or any other related designation.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in consulting.

Preferred:
  • Experience in strategy, advisory, finance or relevant industry.  
  • Experience working in a professional services firm or large-scale organization preferred.
