Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You are someone with:

  • A minimum of one-year completed at an accredited University; pursuing a degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or math is preferred with proven outstanding academic results.
  • Minimum GPA required is 3.2
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills showcased through extra curriculars or involvement in the community
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn and leverage new technologies 
  • An interest in pursuing a career in professional services 

DEEP Program Overview
We offer successful candidates up to 6 - 12 weeks of paid employment (with potential extension opportunities). Deloitte promotes a culture of inclusion and mentorship providing you with guidance on your designation and career opportunities post-graduation. An important part of the program are the skills that you will develop. You will have the opportunity to be coached by a dedicated mentor from your respective service line, meet industry leaders and work virtually alongside interns across Deloitte CBC. Our training programs include courses that cover resume building, interview skills, presentation skills, and technical knowledge required for the service line you are assigned to. You will gain real work experience in one of the following service lines according to your interest: Audit & Assurance, IT, Risk Advisory, Financial Advisory, Tax & Consulting. Learn more about each service line here. Interns may also receive projects within department rotations such as finance, IT, marketing, and human resources. You will have the opportunity to participate in ‘DIVE’ (Deloitte’s International Virtual Experience program) and make an impact in your community through IMPACT day or other impact initiatives.
