What will your typical day look like?

As a valued member of the team, you provide high-level administrative support, leveraging your professionalism, excellent communication skills, and keen attention to detail. You work closely with and support senior leaders across the business by streamlining and executing clerical and general office tasks. You take full ownership of tasks, delivering high-quality work that contributes directly to the success of the leadership team and the firm. This role is ideal if you have experience managing a range of complex administrative responsibilities. 

You can expect to:    

  • Help lead and provide administrative support, including managing complex calendars, coordinating high-impact meetings preparing reports and presentations, handling expense management, maintaining organized filing systems, and executing other assigned administrative responsibilities.
  • Leverage tools and technologies to effectively to optimize operational workflows and improve task coordination.
  • Develop and mentor junior team members to ensure service excellence where applicable.
  • Engage in well-being and sustainability initiatives, a variety of social and community events, and other programs aligned with Deloitte's Shared Values.

Our Business Operations team provides a variety of centralized internal support and administrative services to support our business. 

You are someone with:

  • A high school diploma or certificate; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative experience; experience in a corporate environment is preferred. 
  • Knowledge of finance processes including expense reports and account reconciliation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite and the ability and willingness to learn new technologies and ways of working.

Not required, but preferred: 

  • Certification in office administration, project management and events planning 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
