What will your typical day look like?
You proactively identify and execute multiple business development projects and initiatives that will strengthen and build on the firm’s local market presence. You engage directly with stakeholders, lead brand alignment efforts, and contribute to firm-wide initiatives and campaigns. You can expect to:
- Lead marketing initiatives, including drafting proposals and marketing collateral, as well as coordinating sponsorships and events, ensuring alignment with the firm’s brand and purpose pillars.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and key partner organizations to support strategic marketing initiatives.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies and market insights.
- Engage in and contribute to sustainability initiatives, a variety of social and community events, and other programs aligned with Deloitte's Shared Values.
About the team

Our Growth team develops marketing strategies to support client insights, business development and client targeting.
You are someone with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- A minimum of 4 -5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, business development, advertising and/or brand management in a professional services firm or large-scale organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) with an understanding and working knowledge of social media platforms and design software (Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Experience working with networking, event planning and preparing reports, dashboards and presentations
- Excellent communication skills with experience interacting with multiple senior stakeholders
Not required but preferred:
- Proven project management experience
