What will your typical day look like?
You play a key role in streamlining risk management activities across the Caribbean and Bermuda region, which includes supporting the development and implementation of compliance processes. You are eager to learn and take on tasks that expand your expertise and knowledge to efficiently respond to risk and compliance requests.
You can expect to:
- Contribute to the team's success by processing and clearing risk checks, including conflict and background checks, as well as other compliance-related tasks.
- Learn and leverage risk tools and compliance systems.
- Build your analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and much more.
- Engage in well-being and sustainability initiatives, a variety of social and community events, and other programs aligned with Deloitte's Shared Values.
About the team

The CBC Risk & Compliance Center (RCC) team drives, monitors, and reports on the Firm’s Risk Management and Compliance with internal policies and legal and regulatory rules, providing Internal Audit, Business Continuity and Crisis Management services internally.

You are someone with:
- High School certificate; Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is preferred
- Previous risk and compliance related work experience is preferred, including co-op or internship experience
