What will your typical day look like?
As a Tax Senior, you play an integral role in providing tax compliance and consulting services to a portfolio of clients. You are a trusted advisor to our clients, thinking through and implementing solutions that meet our clients' tax needs. Continuous learning and development will be a part of this role as you gain exposure to different businesses and complex challenges.
You can expect to:
- Help lead, plan, and execute tax engagements for business tax, international tax, mergers, acquisitions, and transaction support, indirect tax, business process solutions, and general tax compliance and consulting.
- Leverage tax tools and new technologies.
- Develop and mentor junior tax team members to ensure service excellence
- Engage in Deloitte’s DE&I, sustainability, and well-being initiatives and a variety of social and community events.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You are someone with:
- A bachelor’s degree preferably in a related field; or equivalent qualification (i.e., ACCA)
- Internationally recognized relevant professional designation complete or near completed, e.g., ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA or JD, LLM Masters of Taxation or ICSA or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in tax, tax accounting procedures, legal tax services or financial control.
- Experience researching, learning and applying the correct methodologies and corporate legislations.
