What will your typical day look like?
You oversee a portfolio of clients, primarily within the Financial Services industry, driving excellence in quality and service, and providing strategic oversight across all phases of the audit engagement cycle. You can expect to:
- Manage a complex portfolio of audit clients, lead engagement teams, provide expert advice on key technical areas such as accounting standards, risk assessments, and audit responses, and apply professional skepticism ensuring a commitment to quality and integrity.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and lead the adoption of and training on new technologies, and regulatory and industry standards.
- Develop skills, adaptability, and resilience within your team, and effectively resource audit engagements.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You are someone with:
- A bachelor’s degree preferably in a related field; or equivalent qualification (i.e., ACCA)
- An internationally recognized professional accounting designation (ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA).
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in audit, preferably with a large-scale public accounting firm, including experience working with clients in the insurance industry.
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated team leadership experience, practice management experience, and experience building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Experience directly supporting business growth and managing large-scale client engagements.
Not required, but preferred:
- Experience with a Big 4 professional services firm.
- Experience with US SEC listed audits (PCAOB).
