What will your typical day look like?
As a Consultant, you contribute to the team by supporting with financial analysis and providing Finance transformation support to clients. You’re passionate about finance and accounting and providing clients with leading-edge solutions to improve their finance function, while in pursuit of a professional designation.

As a Senior Consultant, you play an integral role in developing finance solutions and support with finance transformation. Continuous learning and development will be a part of this role as you gain exposure to different businesses in the insurance industry, a variety of projects, and complex finance challenges. 

You can expect to:
  • Perform and oversee financial analysis and finance process reviews, prepare reports, lead client meetings, and participate in developing project plans and client solutions.
  • Leverage new tools and technologies. 
  • Develop and mentor junior team members.

We draw on our global network of professionals and industry experiences to tailor solutions to our clients’ most urgent needs. You are someone with:
  • A bachelor’s degree; preferably in a related field, or equivalent qualification (i.e., ACCA).
  • Qualified with or working towards an internationally recognized professional designation; ACCA, CA, ACA, CPA, or other relevant designation.
  • For Consultant: A minimum of one year of relevant work experience, including co-op or internship experience. For Senior Consultant:  A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in consulting, audit, or advisory, or other relevant experience in a professional services firm or large-scale organization.
  • Experience with accounting or financial management disciplines (eg. Finance Transformation, Finance Operation Model, Finance Information Model and Analytics, Robotic Process Automation, Digital Finance)
  • Experience with or exposure to technologies that enable the Finance function (ERP, IFRS solutions, EPM, etc.)
  • A keen interest in the working world of the CFO with an understanding of complex issues that CFOs face

Not required, but preferred: 
  • Experience with implementing IFRS 17 and US GAAP LDTI financial reporting standards would be an asset.
