What will your typical day look like?
You help lead a team in ensuring the successful delivery of finance transformation and CFO advisory services to a portfolio of clients. You are deeply analytical and are energized by presenting insightful recommendations and solutions to our clients most complex finance challenges. Along with client service delivery, you also help develop the practice and get involved with proposals and new business pursuits. Whether setting a vision, developing strategy, designing the Finance operating model, improving processes or deploying technology solutions, we are passionate about helping Finance leaders improve their operations and achieve their business goals.

You are someone with:
- An internationally recognized professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant consulting, audit, or advisory experience, with previous managerial experience; preferably with insurance/reinsurance industry experience
- A keen interest in the working world of the CFO with an understanding of complex issues that CFOs face
- Experience with several financial management disciplines (e.g. Finance Transformation, Finance Operation Model, Finance Information Model and Analytics, Robotic Process Automation, Digital Finance)
- Experience with technologies that enable the Finance function (ERP, IFRS solutions, EPM, etc.)
- Ability to develop and communicate new ideas and conceptualize innovative approaches
- Proven ability to build business relationships at a senior level
- Knowledgeable of market trends, competitor environment, and corporate business strategies
