What will your typical day look like?
You play an integral role in shaping and delivering transformative, client-centric solutions across our industries. You’ll work with clients on digital transformation initiatives and business process re-engineering to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational performance. You take ownership of the full engagement life cycle, lead the delivery team, and have a deep understanding of your clients’ business and relevant industry.

  • Train teams on tools, new technologies, and industry standards.
  • Develop and coach your team, taking pride in your work and leading the team with integrity. 
  • Participate in business development, proposals, client presentations and marketing activities.

You are someone with:
  • A bachelor’s degree; preferably Masters in a Project Management related field.
  • Internationally recognized professional designation e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SMC/CSM and/or other related certifications. SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), Agile Coach Certificate (ACPC), Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and ITIL Foundation would be assets. 
  • A minimum of 6 years of progressive relevant experience in digital transformation consulting initiatives, including business process re-engineering and solution design.
  • Proven track record of leading end‑to‑end digital transformation initiatives, from strategy and business case through to implementation and benefits realization.
  • Hands‑on experience with one or more of the following:
    • Enterprise platforms (e.g. ERP, CRM, core systems modernisation)
    • Cloud transformation (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
    • Agile / product‑centric delivery models
  • Effective project management office (“PMO”) skills including experience leading engagements and supporting and reviewing work of junior team members.
  • Experience supporting business growth including selling, winning, and delivering consulting services.
  • Experience in industries such as Financial Services will be highly valued.
