What will your typical day look like?
You oversee a portfolio of key clients, providing highly specialized knowledge, driving excellence in team deliverables, and building collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders. You are a leader in shaping and delivering client-centric digital transformation solutions to improve organizational effectiveness and operational performance.
You can expect to:
- Manage a complex portfolio of clients, lead engagement teams, provide expert advice on key technical areas of digital transformation and process re-engineering.
- Champion and lead training on new tools, technologies, and industry standards.
- Develop skills, adaptability, and resilience within your team, effectively resource engagements, and work with the broader Deloitte network and external stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, lead business development activities, proposals, and client presentations.

You are someone with:
- A bachelor’s degree; preferably Masters in a Project Management related field.
- Internationally recognized professional designation e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SMC/CSM and/or other related certifications. SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), Agile Coach Certificate (ACPC), Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and ITIL Foundation would be assets.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive relevant experience in digital transformation consulting initiatives, including business process re-engineering and solution design for multi-jurisdictional projects, preferably within a professional services firm or large scale organization.
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience including, coaching, mentoring, developing, and leading team members.
- Proven track record of leading end‑to‑end digital transformation initiatives, from strategy and business case through to implementation and benefits realization.
- Hands‑on experience with one or more of the following:
- Enterprise platforms (e.g. ERP, CRM, core systems modernisation)
- Cloud transformation (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Agile / product‑centric delivery models
- Effective project management office (“PMO”) skills including experience leading engagements and supporting and reviewing work of Senior Consultants and Managers.
- Experience supporting business growth including selling, winning, and delivering consulting services.
- Experience in industries such as Financial Services will be highly valued.
