What will your typical day look like?
You manage engagement teams and a portfolio of clients on corporate recovery, restructuring, insolvency, liquidations, bankruptcy and operational turnaround plans. You help clients transform their business and get back on the path to ongoing viability and greater resilience.

You can expect to:

  • Lead teams and engagements, liaise with key client staff, and manage relationships with senior stakeholders including advisors, lenders, investors and courts.
  • Train teams on tools, new technologies, and regulatory standards that help client's navigate uncertainty and the complex regulatory landscape.
  • Develop and coach your team, taking pride in your work and leading the team with integrity.
  • Participate in business development, proposals, client presentations and marketing activities.

You are someone with:

  • A bachelor’s degree; preferably in a related field, or equivalent qualification (i.e., ACCA).
  • Qualified or near qualified in an internationally recognized relevant professional designation, e.g., ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA, CPI, INSOL Foundation Certificate, JD, LLM, or LLB and post-graduate qualification in law.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in financial advisory, audit, or related advisory services, including experience with insolvency services, voluntary liquidation, asset recovery, and restructuring support services for complex and multi-jurisdictional cases, preferably within a professional services firm or large-scale organization.
  • Experience supporting with business development, selling, and delivering financial advisory services.
  • Effective project management skills including experience leading engagements, or components of engagements, and supporting and reviewing work of junior team members.
