What will your typical day look like?
As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a professional and seamless experience across our reception, café, and day-to-day office operations. You will help ensure that the office runs efficiently by maintaining accurate records, supporting internal processes, and keeping essential services operating smoothly. Working closely with the Business Operations team, you will balance structured daily procedures with responsive support to meet the evolving needs of the business. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment. If you are proactive, highly organized, and take pride in creating a welcoming and well-run workplace, this opportunity will allow you to make a meaningful impact. You can expect to:
- Verify daily opening and closing procedures and maintain compliance documentation
- Monitor and reconcile visitor management and courier tracking systems
- Administer petty cash processes in accordance with Finance guidelines
- Coordinate vendor relationships, purchase orders, and inventory tracking
- Support meetings, internal communications, reporting, and special projects
About the team
Our Business Operations team plays a vital role to the firm. The team comprises of a network of highly trained professionals that provide a variety of centralized support and administrative services. As valued team members, we partner with service line leaders locally and across the Caribbean and Bermuda Region to make an impact that matters to our clients.
You are someone with:
- A high school diploma
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in an administrative role; experience in a professional customer service role in a large organization is preferred
- A clean driver’s license
- The flexibility to work overtime beyond the normal work hours such as on evenings and weekends as necessary to complete required duties and functions and meet deadlines
Preferred:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Successful completion of customer service training
