What will your typical day look like?

From the start, you’ll be exposed to meaningful and challenging work in one of our service lines, fostering your personal and professional growth. As an associate or consultant on the team, you could be involved in a variety of work or projects - anything from conducting research or analysis, identifying business risks, making recommendations on business processes, or reviewing financial data. No two days are alike!  You will have the opportunity to showcase your excellent teamwork and communication skills coupled with your drive, initiative and enthusiasm. You are someone with:

  • Graduating in 2024 or recently graduated with a bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited University; a degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or math is preferred with proven outstanding academic results
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills showcased through extra curriculars or involvement in the community 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and an ability to learn and leverage new technologies 
  • An interest in pursuing a career in professional services and, depending on your service line, an interest in pursuing a professional designation (ie., CPA, ACCA, CIA, CISA, CPI, etc.)

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to join one of our service lines, according to your educational background and interests. You can select your preference between one of our following service lines: Audit & Assurance, Risk Advisory, Financial Advisory, Consulting, and Tax. You can learn more here.

New graduates are part of our team from Day 1. In addition to meaningful work, we offer robust training programs and continuous learning opportunities. You will receive support in your pursuit of a professional qualification including paid leave to attend US CPA, CPA Canada, ACA UK and ACCA courses as applicable, including tuition, exam and book fees, and related travel and accommodation according to our Designation policy.
