What will your typical day look like?
You manage engagement teams and a portfolio of clients on corporate recovery, restructuring, insolvency, liquidations, bankruptcy and operational turnaround plans. You advise clients through complex restructuring and insolvency matters, from cash flow stabilization and debt restructuring to formal liquidation and recovery proceedings.
You can expect to:
- Lead teams and manage engagements comprising of liquidations, insolvencies and distressed advisory mandates
- Liaise with key client staff, and manage relationships with senior stakeholders including legal advisors, corporate service providers, and other professionals in the Cayman Islands and abroad.
- Develop and coach your team, taking pride in your work and leading the team with integrity.
- Participate in business development, proposals, client presentations and marketing activities.

You are someone with:
- A bachelor’s degree preferably in a related field; or equivalent qualification (i.e., ACCA)
- Qualified with an internationally recognized relevant professional designation, e.g., ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA, CPI, INSOL Foundation Certificate, JD, LLM, or LLB and post-graduate qualification in law.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in turnaround & restructuring, audit, or related advisory services, including experience with insolvency services, voluntary liquidation, asset recovery, and restructuring support services for complex and multi- jurisdictional cases, preferably within a professional services firm or large-scale organization.
- Experience supporting with business development, selling, and delivering related services.
- Effective project management skills including experience leading engagements, or components of engagements, and supporting and reviewing work of junior team members.
