- Gain insight into the culture at Deloitte and demonstrate your leadership, teamwork, and communication skills through a variety of projects both as an intern and as a Deloitte professional.
- Participate in providing innovative solutions to our clients.
Program Overview
As a Deloitte scholarship recipient, you’ll be supported by some of the best and brightest in the business throughout your studies and your early career. During the summer months, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in the Deloitte Exclusive Experience Program (DEEP) as an intern. You’ll be a part of our vibrant and diverse organization and work with people who are forward thinking and committed to making a difference. An important part of the program is the skills that you will develop. We are dedicated to growing the world’s best leaders, and you’ll have the opportunity to be coached by a mentor from your respective service line, meet industry leaders and work virtually alongside colleagues from the Deloitte Caribbean and Bermuda network.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You are someone with:
- A high school or college GPA of 3.2 or above for local studies, a SAT score of 1200 or above and a GPA of 3.2 or above for overseas studies, or at least 5 IGCSE/GCSE/CXC passes with a grade B, 2, or higher (including English and Math).
- Commitment to pursue a degree from an accredited College or University in a subject that allows you to pursue a career with Deloitte Cayman Islands (accounting, business, economics, finance, or math is preferred).
- Commitment to pursue and achieve a relevant accounting qualification: CPA, CA, ACCA, ACA, or other relevant designation.
