What will your typical day look like?
You help build Deloitte’s market eminence by providing support with marketing, brand, communications, business development, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. You can expect to: 

  • Assist with marketing campaigns, including coordinating events and supporting project execution.
  • Develop and edit content for digital channels and corporate communications, ensuring alignment with Deloitte’s brand standards.
  • Build your technical skillset by preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, and leveraging new technologies.
  • Engage in well-being and sustainability initiatives, a variety of social and community events, and other programs aligned with Deloitte's Shared Values.  

About the team

Our Growth team develops marketing strategies to support client insights, business development and client targeting. 

You are someone with:
  • A high school certificate required; A bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, and working towards relevant certification/designations in marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) with the ability and willingness to learn new technologies. 
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver consistent high-quality client service. 
  • Event coordination experience would be considered an asset.
