What will your typical day look like? 
You lead the design, delivery and ongoing enhancement of enterprise technology solutions across our Caribbean and Bermuda Region, with a focus on Microsoft Power Apps, enterprise content management and business intelligence. You translate business needs into scalable, secure and resilient applications; shaping solution roadmaps; managing priorities and delivery timelines; and partnering with stakeholders, vendors and internal teams to drive high-quality outcomes. You act as a trusted advisor for application planning, implementation, monitoring, support and escalation, while promoting strong information security, data governance and operational excellence practices.

About the team 
Deloitte technology professionals help resolve critical information and technology challenges. You’ll have the opportunity to lead work that ranges from business process improvement and workflow automation to application support, data reporting, cyber risk awareness and enterprise content management, all in support of overall business operations as part of an internal-facing shared services IT team. Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You are someone with: 
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience designing, delivering and supporting Microsoft Power Apps, including experience with SharePoint, SQL databases and related reporting or data visualization tools.
  • Experience leading technology projects or workstreams, including requirements gathering, solution design, prioritization, testing, implementation, stakeholder communication and post-implementation support.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A strong understanding of information security, data management, governance and operational risk considerations within a corporate technology environment.
  • Relevant professional qualifications such as Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Microsoft Certified Power Platform Associate, Power Platform App Maker Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or similar credentials.

Not required but preferred: 
  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business technology or a related field.
  • Experience in a professional services, shared services or corporate environment (with exposure to workflow development, process automation, enterprise content management or business intelligence solutions).
  • Experience coaching junior team members, coordinating vendors, or managing competing priorities and deliverables.
