What will your typical day look like?
In this key role, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership, leveraging your professionalism, strategic communication skills, and keen attention to detail. You will work closely with and support the Office Managing Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and other Partners by managing complex calendars, coordinating high-impact meetings, preparing presentations and reports, and handling expense management, among other responsibilities. As a primary point of contact for the leadership team, you will engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and project execution. You will take full ownership of tasks and initiatives, delivering exceptional quality and contributing directly to the success of the leadership team and the firm. This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional with a passion for administrative excellence and a commitment to continuous development and improvement.  

About the team
Our Operations & Administration team plays a vital role to the firm. The team comprises of a network of highly trained professionals that provide a variety of centralized support and administrative services. As valued team members, we partner with service line leaders locally and across the Caribbean and Bermuda Region to make an impact that matters to our clients.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You are someone with:
  • High school diploma or a degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative and/or executive support role, with at least 3 years’ experience in a professional services or corporate environment.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and ways of working, as well as take on additional tasks as needed. 

Preferred: 
  • Certification in office administration or project management will be considered an asset
  • Notary Public Certification will be considered an asset
