What will your typical day look like?
You play an integral role in understanding the business risks that impact our clients' business. You are a trusted advisor helping clients respond to the evolving regulatory landscape and business risks. You contribute to solutions to strengthen clients' risk management framework. Continuous learning and development will be a part of this role as you gain exposure to a variety of different business and complex challenges. You can expect to:
- Help lead, plan, and execute control testing of business processes, internal controls and risk management frameworks, including developing regulatory policies and processes.
- Leverage tools and technologies to help clients mitigate risk and navigate the complex regulatory and financial landscape.
- Develop and mentor junior team members to ensure service excellence.
- Engage in well-being and sustainability initiatives, a variety social and community events, and other programs aligned with Deloitte's Shared Values.

You are someone with:
- A bachelor’s degree; preferably in a related field, or equivalent qualification (i.e., ACCA).
- Internationally recognized professional designation complete or near completed., e.g., ACCA, ACA, CPA, CA, CAMS, CIA, CISM, CISA, CISSP, or other relevant designations.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in risk management and supporting operational risk services including risk assessments and internal control reviews (e.g., control assessments, internal audits).
- Experience performing process reviews to include process mapping and control identification and testing.
- Experience working in a professional services firm or large-scale organization preferred.
