What will your typical day look like?
You will provide administrative and operational support to the Talent function, helping ensure Talent processes, records, communications, and employee support activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
You can expect to:
- Maintain accurate Talent records, files, trackers, reports, and documentation in line with internal processes and confidentiality requirements.
- Provide administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, orientation, employee changes, departures, and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Coordinate Talent-related logistics, including meeting scheduling, candidate and employee communications, document collection, forms, approvals, and follow-ups.
- Support day-to-day Talent operations across areas such as contracts, immigration, benefits, learning, employee programs, reporting, and team initiatives.
- Engage in well-being and sustainability initiatives, a variety of social and community events, and other programs aligned with Deloitte's Shared Values.

Our Talent team supports employees across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, immigration, learning and development, employee programs, and day-to-day Talent operations.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You are someone with:
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
- Working towards a relevant professional certification or designation, such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CPHR, or PMP, would be considered an asset.
- Experience or knowledge of work permit processes, HRIS tools, payroll or benefits administration, employee records, and Talent operations would be an advantage.
- Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare documentation, reports, communications, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational, planning, time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, confidentiality, and client service skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Not required but preferred:
- A minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources or a related field, preferably within a professional customer service role in a large organization.
