What will your typical day look like?

As an Audit Manager, you will manage a portfolio of key clients, primarily in Government & Public Services and the Financial Services industry, ensuring exceptional quality and client service throughout the audit engagement cycle.  You stay up-to-date with regulatory and industry standards, embrace emerging technologies, and adapt to innovative ways of working. 

You can expect to:
  • Lead teams and audit engagements, including audit planning, reviewing financial statements, liaising with key client staff, and managing the reporting process. 
  • Train and guide teams on audit tools, new technologies, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and coach your audit team, taking pride in your work and leading the team with integrity. 
  • Interact and work alongside colleagues globally and across the Caribbean and Bermuda region.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You are someone with:
  • A bachelor’s degree preferably in a related field; or equivalent qualification (i.e., ACCA).
  • An internationally recognized professional accounting designation (ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA).
  • A minimum of 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in audit. 
  • Project management skills; including experience leading engagements, or components of engagements, including mentoring, coaching, and reviewing work of junior team members.
  • Experience servicing clients in the public sector/government and/or the financial services industry (insurance or banking).
