What will your typical day look like?
You oversee a portfolio of clients, primarily within the Financial Services industry, driving excellence in quality and service, and providing strategic oversight across all phases of the audit engagement cycle.
You can expect to:
- Manage a complex portfolio of new and current audit clients, lead engagement teams, provide expert advice on key technical areas such as accounting standards, risk assessments, and audit responses, and apply professional skepticism ensuring a commitment to quality and integrity.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, and lead the adoption of new technologies, as well training on regulatory and industry standards.
- Develop skills, adaptability, and resilience within your team, and effectively resource audit engagements.
- Interact and work alongside leaders globally and across the Caribbean and Bermuda region.

You are someone with:
Manager:
- A bachelor’s degree preferably in a related field; or equivalent qualification (i.e., ACCA).
- An internationally recognized professional accounting designation (ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA).
- A minimum of 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in audit.
- Project management skills; including experience leading engagements, or components of engagements, including mentoring, coaching, and reviewing work of junior team members.
Senior Manager
- A bachelor’s degree preferably in a related field; or equivalent qualification (i.e., ACCA)
- An internationally recognized professional accounting designation (ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA).
- A minimum of 7 years’ progressive experience in audit, including banking and insurance experience.
- A minimum of 3 years’ of demonstrated team leadership experience, practice management experience, and experience building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Experience directly supporting business growth and managing large-scale client engagements.
