What will your typical day look like?

Your role as an Audit Senior Manager will be to oversee the operations of audit engagements in accordance with relevant accounting standards. While working with well-established, energetic and multi-cultural groups of people, the key to your success will be your ability to lead others and your readiness to make an impact and contribute to the growth of our successful audit teams. You will focus on the management and delivery of client engagements, as well as sales and practice development. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of external audit clients ranging in size, while developing effective business relationships with clients and leading audit teams in delivering quality audits.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You are someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree; preferably in a related field, or equivalent qualification (i.e., ACCA).
  • Qualified with an internationally recognized relevant professional accounting designation, e.g., ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA).
  • Minimum of 7 years’ progressive experience in audit, including relevant industry experience, within a professional services firm or large-scale public accounting organization.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership.
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant accounting standards.
  • Experience supporting business growth including selling, winning, and delivering audit services.
  • Experience managing large-scale client engagements utilizing effective project management skills within Financial Services or other targeted sectors.
  • Highly experienced with practice management and building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
