What will your typical day look like?
You will provide ongoing administrative support for our Financial Advisory service-line, including billing, filing, data entry, preparing excel spreadsheets, coordinating travel logistics and other related administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for cashiering tasks for all liquidation engagements and other assignments. You will prepare vouchers, invoices, undertake bank reconciliations, and act as the first point of contact for the bank. You will also provide support to the team with preparing business correspondence and conducting research. You will work closely with professionals in the local office to provide support for teams in Bermuda and across the region. Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You are someone with
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in an administrative and/or billing/finance role; experience in a professional customer service role in a large regional organization is preferred
- Experience with billing, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
- Experience working virtually or across geographies is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable learning new technologies
