What will your typical day look like?
You are our solutions delivery expert. You work with our Caribbean and Bermuda Cluster to ensure all hosted applications are highly available. This is achieved through your developed expertise in areas such as SQL server, application management, road mapping and application security. You are versed in SQL Integration Services and Reporting Server and apply your expertise to develop appropriate technical solutions. You understand the importance of information security and data management, and continuously elevates your knowledge in this domain.
You can expect to:
- Help lead, maintain and support Practice Management applications, including planning and implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and vendor escalation.
- Leverage tools and technologies to effectively respond to incoming service desk tickets, training and information security requests.
- Develop and mentor junior team members to ensure service excellence.
- Engage in well-being and sustainability initiatives, a variety social and community events, and other programs aligned with Deloitte's Shared Values.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You are someone with:
- High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Working towards a relevant professional IT certification or qualification such as Microsoft, PMP, MCITP DBA, MCITP or Business Intelligence accreditations.
- A minimum of 3 years’ operational support experience in a corporate environment with SQL Server, Integration Services, Reporting Services and Applications Management (e.g., time and billing, HRIS, SAP) experience
- Experience liaising with employees at all levels of the organization to ensure a high level of customer service is provided.
Not required but preferred:
- Minimum 3 years’ SQL experience of which 2 years in a development role is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with SQL Reporting Services, SQL Integration Services or Power BI is preferred.
