What will your typical day look like?
As a trusted business advisor, you play an integral role in supporting the firm’s Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). You design, implement, and continuously enhance the BCMS framework in alignment with relevant standards (e.g. ISO 22301, ISO 27001), firm policies, and regulatory expectations, while also contributing to internal audit activities. This includes working closely with senior leadership to provide strategic guidance on operational continuity, crisis readiness and compliance. You can expect to:
- Help lead and execute business continuity planning and testing, including incident and crisis preparedness, impact assessments, remediation tracking, and post‑incident reviews.
- Leverage tools and technologies to proactively monitor and track emerging incidents on identified key performance indicators and program metrics.
- Maintain and enhance business continuity plans, recovery strategies, and supporting documentation.
- Engage in well-being and sustainability initiatives, a variety of social and community events, and other programs aligned with Deloitte's Shared Values.
About the team

Our CBC Risk & Compliance Center (RCC) team drives, monitors, and reports on the Firm’s Risk Management and Compliance with internal policies and legal and regulatory rules, providing Internal Audit, Business Continuity, and Crisis Management services internally.
You are someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Qualified or working towards a relevant internationally recognized business continuity or risk management qualification, e.g., CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, or any other relevant professional designation.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business continuity, risk management, crisis management or a related discipline; professional services experience is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated proficiency working with digital platforms, dashboards, and data-driven systems to support continuity and crisis management activities.
- Demonstrated understanding of ISO 22301, crisis management best practices, and enterprise risk frameworks.
