What will your typical day look like?
As the Business Development Coordinator you will support the execution of business development projects, initiatives and events. This includes providing operational and administrative support to successfully coordinate key local marketing initiatives, including sponsorships, corporate social responsibility, community events and client events. You will apply your organizational and communication skills to develop marketing collateral and work alongside senior leaders. As a team player, you enthusiastically champion all activities that build the eminence of the firm.  You stay up to date with the industry and market trends to deliver high quality work and identify opportunities for growth. 

About the team
Our Administration and Operations team plays a vital role to the firm. The team comprises of a network of highly trained professionals that provide a variety of centralized support and administrative services. As valued team members, we partner with service line leaders locally and across the Caribbean and Bermuda Region to make an impact that matters to our clients.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You are someone with:

  • High school diploma/certificate; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 1- 2 years relevant administrative experience
  • Experience with project management, market research and developing marketing campaigns and initiatives 
  • Experience with developing marketing material; proposals, press releases and advertisements 
  • Sound knowledge of common office software such as MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), as well as digital marketing platforms
